I am writing this review to express a serious concern regarding an interaction I had when I called your office recently. I spoke with a front desk staff member who I believe is named Nara. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending tone, as if I were a child. This is not acceptable and made me feel dismissed and disrespected. I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially in a medical setting. If staff are unhappy in their role, that should not be taken out on patients who are simply seeking assistance. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed through appropriate training or corrective action. Patients deserve respectful communication and a welcoming environment and this interaction was far from it.

The best doctor visit experience I've ever had! From the front office staff to the back, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Wait time was very minimal. It was the first time I had to see an eye specialist so I was very nervous at first but the assistant and other workers in the back made me feel very comfortable and confident. Although my visit with Dr. Ellenberg was really quick, he was very straight forward thorough and very polite.

Dr. Ellenberg is the best retina specialist. He is so kind and reassuring. He explains your problem so you understand. I needed an eye injection and was so scared. The way he stood and hid the infection so didn't see or feel anything. Dr. Ellenberg keeps a close watch on his patients. He has repaired my right eye and noticed and repaired a tear and whole in the left. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes but him.
