This place was amazing. For the first time in a long time, I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. Everyone gets along, knows each other, and the atmosphere is very friendly.
I did have to wait through the holidays for my glasses, but they came back perfect and I have no complaints. Dr. Z did my exam, took her time, shared stories, and was extremely friendly. I can see perfectly again -- 20/20.
Jim was also great helping me pick out a pair of glasses that fit me well, and he even adjusted the frames the same day.
Overall, a lovely place. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glasses. They have a wide range of options, including the new Meta glasses for anyone interested.

Dr C is awesome, best eye dr I've ever had. It's his office staff that will make me seek my eyecare elsewhere. They are rude and arrogant. 3 times I had appointments (made months in advance) that were canceled at the last possible moment( the day, sometimes an hour before). And they give me the same damn excuse EVERYTIME! The dr won't be in! He'll be out of town on that day. But they schedule appointments for that day anyway and then call you AFTER you have arranged transportation. They don't GIVE A DAMN IF THEY INCONVENIENCE YOU, BUT DONT YOU DARE INCONVENIENCE THEM! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MICHIGAN EYE CARE!

If you need glasses or contacts I highly recommend seeing Jim. He is so patient and helpful. My grandmother is very talkative and forgets things a lot. He never made her feel like a problem or that she was taking too long. He really knows his stuff too. He helped her get the perfect pair of glasses that she can actually use. She is back to doing her crossword puzzles and knitting! Thanks for being awesome Jim!

Had the worse experience here NOT once but TWICE . Staff is so rude , I wanted to know how much my insurance covered for contact lenses and omg the lady up front started yelling and telling me that's something I should have asked before the day of the visit. Wow . Letting the manager know how bad the staff treats you here does absolutely nothing . I walked out
In regards the reply. I called and asked to speak to a manager and still haven't got a call back , I also have text messages I can show asking and the reply I got from your office

this place is a nightmare. I have been there twice and still my glasses are not right. Jim the guy who orders and measures you for the fit, has a bad attitude against me. I asked for tinted lens, never got them. took him 2 months to get my glasses for the second time. I will try to get a refund, this is so unreal
