The atmosphere including staff and Dr is actually very good! I had a simple eye exam which took way longer because the staff is not trained or prepared to give such test apparently. I updated my phone number and insurance info,should have gotten a call when my new glasses came in...4 days later I call and they were like oh yeah they've been here a week and we're not sure why nobody called you...I know why, cause they are not trained properly, not in office skills, eye tests or basic filing tasks. They use an erasble patient info form, which I like the idea but one smudge and your info is questionable. As I said the staff is accommodating and the Dr is amazing but they need better trained office help

Dr Decker is phenomenal. Great with adults all the way to small children. My whole family absolutely adores her and have been seeing her for years.

Teresa is a wonderful doctor! She is takes her time with each patient and really listens to their concerns. She is very thorough and caring. All of her staff is very friendly and helpful. They have went out of their way to help my husband and I multiple times. I can not recommend them enough!

I honestly can't say enough about this business... My wait time was minimal, the place was very clean, and everyone was extremely helpful! Add to that that the whole group of women that work there including the Optometrist is quite simply phenomenal!!! The care, concern, thoughtfulness and love is apparent in EVERY SINGLE WOMAN that works there!! It is such a blessing to see so much kindness and people that work as a united team especially in such hard and trying times like what we have all been in the last two years!! I wish every business had what this amazing one does!! Kudos to all of the beautiful ladies there and thank you for just simply being you!!

Office staff is terrible! I waited four to six weeks for an appointment to be called to tell me I couldn't come in because my McLaren Health Plan couldn't be verified until 9 and my appointment was at 8:30. She stated that they couldn't call if they were busy. Out of all the staff in that office not one person could call to verify my insurance? Very unprofessional staff love the doctor but the staff obviously doesn't know what's going on. I have diplopia in my left eye and it really bothers me when my prescription gets weak so I was really looking forward to this appointment so I could get a new prescription and order glasses online but obviously they've never had this problem so the staff does not care I will not be back although I love Teresa I will never go back to this office very poor office staff !

THE WORST. Made me a pair of reading glasses with one distance lens and one reading lens. Said I waited too long to tell them that they were wrong. Kept them in their office for a month without a call back and then mailed them to my home with a letter saying I wanted them that way. Never even offered to order the one lens it would take to fix them. Heck - I would even have paid for the lens! I have the MOST basic prescription- called Walmart and one lens to replace it is $15. Absolutely the worst place ever. Worst customer service and this is the second pair of glasses they have messed up. Wish I could give them negative stars.

I have been going to Dr. Decker for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with her as my Optometrist. She always goes out of her way if you have a problem that needs immediate attention. Her staff is very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about their jobs as is Dr. Decker. I would highly recommend her and have told all my friends about her and her competence as an Optometrist.

I personally have not been here, I have taken my mother and their wait times are ridiculous for example I've been at this appointment now for about an hour and a half in my mom is still not seeing anybody and there's nobody here waiting to be seen. It is inexcusable to take this much time out of someone's day for an eye appointment! I would not recommend this location to anybody.
