Between mine and my spouse glass we spent $1,000.00 didn't even get a cleaning cloth ... they didnt have my spouse put them on to see if they need to be adjusted! If hes not looking straight they fall off his face!! They didnt even test the transitions with me or him and let me tell you there is definitely problems with the transitions we paid for!! I will not be using SVS vision ever again for my family's eye care needs.

Have been trying to get an appointment for a diabetic exam for three months now. Every time it's been scheduled, the doctor hasn't been in and has been rescheduled. Now they are wanting me to wait until after the first of the year. No thank you.

Tammy was wonderful... knowledgable and friendly. Patient as I talk too much, and the woman who did my pre-exam was friendly and professional....

I've gotten a couple pair of glasses over the last few years.... They were recommended as they took my insurance. I've been without glasses a few months now, and after they canceled 2 other appointments because they didn't schedule it with the right doctor, I'm asked to call and make another appointment... I call, and find out appointments are about months out!! The wife left this place and got 2pair of great glasses, same day at America's Best for under $89 exam included!! I am going to do the same, and recommend others investigate this avenue. The service and people are great at America's Best Eyeglasses!

This IS the place to get your exam and glasses. I went previously to Americas Best which turned out not to be best. SVS exam was thorough. I had a great conversation with the doctor who took the time to explain everything in words I understand. Very caring and very nice. The technicians were friendly and explained what my insurance would cover. You don't get that hurry up and get another patient in feeling.

The woman who helped my son and I was wonderful, I asked about an appointment for myself and was directed to the front desk where another blonde sweet woman was there to take my information. Two other workers were in a discussion as I walked up. One worker named Holly was completely rude and acted like I was irritating her by being there, she whispered something under here breath and stared me down as if I did something wrong. She then proceeds to walk to the back and gave me a horrible stare still must have been mad that I just needed an appointment and she must have been having a bad day. I understand people have bad days but you shouldn't be rude to customers. I have been going there for years, and bringing my family. Sorry we won't be back. Holly go get therapy honey!

I recently got new glasses and I have some issues going on with my face. I was trying to put a small bend in my right side so it wouldn't rub on my side of my face. Well I ended up breaking it. I stopped in and met with Tammy and she had it fixed in no time ! She deserves a pat on the back for a job well done ! She was so nice and very pleasant to talk to. I hope that the management gives her a pat on the back for a job well done ! Thank you again Tammy !!! You are Awesome.
