So Thankful for Dr. Larson and Her Team! Dr. Megan Larson is one of the most pleasant and efficient eye doctors I've ever seen! I've worn contact lenses since my mid-twenties and avoided glasses because of my strong prescription. After years of waiting for technology to catch up with my needs, Dr. Larson provided the perfect solution and exact prescription to fit my lifestyle. The office staff, esp. Jason, is also kind, professional, and wonderfully competent. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will continue my care with SVS and Dr. Larson!

Absolutely amazing!!! Went somewhere else for my eye exam and wasn't happy. Came back to SVS Vision., Dr Gay and the staff are the best!!! Prompts to Jason for fixing my sunglasses, he went above and beyond. Never going somewhere else.

My family and I have been going to this location for more then 5 years we have had amazing experiences jason helped my kids and he is an amazing man and very helpful and respectful. But, my husband recently had to get a eye exam the lady at the front desk was very sweet as usual no issues there and the doctor was amazing as always the problem came in the man who helped my husband pick out his glasses he all put pushed my husband about the glasses and then never measured them to his face or when his pupils are he was very rude and was rushing us like he didn't want to do his job! Then my husband delt with him when picking up his glasses a week and a half later he didn't clean the lens off before handing them to must husband and when was asked if he could bend the frame out a bit he said he couldn't! Agian same man very rude and very rushed... everyone else we have delt with is very kind and respectful just not who ever this man is!

I came in 1 day asking for a cloth to wipe glasses. Have been a customer for years. Staff Very rude and "u need to pay for it". ? A piece of cloth?? Then my yr and half $400 my charge glasses with transitional lenses and the works stopped transitioning 2 weeks ago!! Nothing. I went in and I believe it was a Jennifer who waited on me. Rude. Said she'd have manager call me this week. I called yesterday not hearing. Same person answered said no spoke with manager. She said after year they can't guarantee glasses???!!! Wouldn't admit they were defective!! I asked maybe discount on new glasses. Nope Spoke to my neighbor. She said they'll never go back. Her new lenses were wavy. They didn't care. No refund nor exchange. Sorry this is so long but I and my neighbor will NEVER go back.

I wanted to leave a raving review for Jason T. He took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue I had with my new glasses. His patience and knowledge made me feel more comfortable and educated in the process after I had gone back twice to find the right fit and get adjusted to my new script and frames. I didn't feel rushed. He took the time needed to explain to me the process and the different options that could make my new glasses wearable and assist in my vision. I had to let him know that I would shout him out for his genuine customer service. This is a lost commodity in today's economy. Thank you JasonT!!!!-SVS customer- LM

Terrible these are the high def lenses cant wear these they should be ashamed when I specifically said I wanted poly lenses because there thinner, management and her staff need to be retrained on how to listen and meet customers needs instead of selling a product to make quota , I've contacted customer service and this was the outcome i will repost the glasses after i get them from Optimeyes with the replaced and correct lenses if this is quality work from your lab and opticians the work of both needs to be looked at because its a problem , my name is Kathie Dorsey extremely disappointed customer

Yesterday's experience was awful. The office staff talked about their failing warming machine in front of customers, they failed to reschedule my step-daughter's appointment with my husband and I, spoke badly about another customer within earshot of us, and when I asked for our prescriptions at checkout they handed me two of my husband's and had me sign for both of them. The saving grace was Dr. Gay. He listened, paid attention and his calm demeanor were all critical to us even considering coming back there again.

My husband and I went to get new glasses for my son who has special needs. Jason was great to work with and very patient. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and understood the kinds of frames that we were looking for, for our son. We definitely plan on coming back for our own prescription glasses.
