L.O. Eye Care Mt. Pleasant

Dr. John Mackovjak has been my doctor for over 6 yrs for my annual appts, any eye concerns & he did 2 excellent cataract surgeries on me 2 yrs ago. He is a Perfect vision doctor . So when my annual appt was scheduled with this doctor I felt disappointed. After meeting Dr. Dominika Bizub, I was Very pLeased with my exam & appt today. She was kind, intelligent, informative & compared my current & prior test results showing me those xrays; so that I felt knowledgeable about my exams. I felt very respected . I will recommend her also, to everyone needing a ophthalmologist. I'm happy that she has joined Lo Eye Care.

The nurse that rinsed my eyes out after the shot in my eye did an awesome job. No burning at all after the shot. Thanks to her!!! I only wish Dr L was a little more friendly. He does do a good job though. That's important!

This is one of the best eye care offices I've experienced. They're friendly, accommodating and caring. Dr. M is very skilled as a doctor. It's a pleasure to take my mom there for her eye care.

He is very good but doesn't spend time with his patients. Always in a hurry. Over books patients.

Office Help Always Friendly and Dr.Mackovjak is very knowledgeable of his field and listens to my concerns and puts you at ease!! I will be back and definitely recommend Dr. Mackovjak!!

Do not get your eyes examed from L O Eye Care after cataract surgery. I did, because they said I needed a refraction eye exam. Took TEN whole minutes. Gave me the prescription and said I can get new glasses with that. Ok, did that. OMG, I could not see clearly at all. Could not read on my desktop computer at all. Everything was blurry. With or without glasses on. Please get your eyes examed else where. After 6 months of not being able to see, I went back to L O eye care in Mt. Pleasant. All the doctor said was I have dry eye and to use drops 5 or 6 times a day. WHAT? I did get another eye exam, not from them, and when I received my new glasses, with the new prescription, what a world of difference. I can finally see clearly. Don't think I will return to this place.

L.O. Eye Care is wonderful! Top-notch staff and quality care from the doctor! I Definitely recommend Dr. Ahmed El-Sanhouri if you're in need of an Ophthalmologist. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The entire staff at L.O. is amazing! They've never been anything but kind every time I'm there and they don't ever make you feel rushed.
