I've been going here for over 10 years other than a few years out of state. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. Super clean office that can however feel kinda crowded if it's busy. That's the only time I'm anxious there. Glasses arrive in a reasonable amount of time. It's one of the few places I kept seeking care after transitioning.

I have been going here since I've been a kid. Everyone is always so friendly and kind. I tend to be afraid to talk to people when I'm on my own, but they were so welcoming. During the whole appointment they were very patient, the ladies at the desk were sweet, they even helped me choose a pair of glasses when I had trouble choosing one.

I sincerely wish I could give ZERO stars, because this Company richly deserves it. I decided to give Clarkson a chance, based on proximity to my home, plus the fact I had stopped in to talk to the staff there a few times. I went in for my eye exam, I picked out my frames, they laid out what the charges were, and I paid the bill IN FULL PRIOR TO THE ORDER GOING IN. The glasses were ordered and I picked them up about a week and a half later and never expected what I got next. I received a bill for $552 and when I called I found out that every member of the former crew had been fired, and I was told to disregard the bill. Well, I got ANOTHER BILL for $552, and I was told the insurance refused to pay. My next step will be a complaint registered with the BBB and the state of Michigan.

I haven't gone many places since the pandemic started. I needed to have my eyes checked. I went to Delta Vision because I'd gone there before. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The Optometrist was knowledgeable and efficient.
After my exam the staff helped me choose the frames that were the most attractive I me. I went to pick up my glasses yesterday. Again a very pleasant experience.
