Needed some help with a repair after one of my glasses' hinge screws fell out. I called ahead and was told an appointment for a quick repair was not needed and did a walk-in. Was immediately welcomed in and Renee was able to fix my glasses in a moments time! Everyone was super kind, professional and welcoming. Will be coming back for my next annual appointment.

No glasses that fit. Doctors changed my prescription even tho my eyes have been the same prescription since I was 10... went to another optometrist and they said my eyes were the same and I didn't have to go up in strength with my glasses. Said my son had a hard time seeing far away so they gave him reading glasses... also the sales lady upfront was supposed to give me a quote for my glasses so I could get them comped for my work but they never did... came here to edit my post just received my sons glasses and they're way smaller than the trial pair and they look significantly different than the model we tried on resulting in his glasses impeding his vision instead of helping...

My experience was amazing!!! They walked me through each procedure and explained everything that was going to happen during my test. Happily answered every question that I had, and was very kind and patient with me. They took the time to make sure I absolutely love the pair of glasses that I was going to be walking out with. When I came in I literally couldn't see out of my contacts and hadn't worn them in 6 months, my glasses didn't work well for my computer at work so fortunately my prescription isn't really strong and I could make do until my insurance renewal. Dr Kody listened and started from square one and encouraged me she'd get me seeing comfortable and she did!! She was patient and understanding! When my contacts got lost in the mail I could have been upset not being able to see again but Amiya made sure the local store closer to my work put some trials aside so I didn't have to drive so far or wait until the weekend and she reordered my contacts AND CALLED to follow up!! This team is friendly and makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of!! I have been to LensCrafters locations closer to home and not been happy, but I will definitely continue to drive further to go to Okemos because of the team there!
