Old lady that runs the sales is vastly insensitive. I've taken in both of my siblings since our parents lost the house and when I told her I couldn't afford the more expensive option for my sisters glasses but could afford the $10 dollar copay for the standard option she stated: "oh I'm taking his last 10 dollars I hope you guys have ramen in the fridge". Absolutely insane thing to say for someone that works a sales job at a vision center, and probably makes the same as me, the only difference being she bought her house is 1920 for 2 blueberries.

I just had an experience here so bad that I just left before my scheduled appointment. Dawn is an evil person and I am so sad that the other sweet people in this office have to work with her. She made multiple rude snarky comments about having called me and I didn't call back. I am a full time student and I was working as well for the past two days. This behavior continued while she fumbled around with the computer and could not figure out my insurance. They also had one hell of a time with my preferred name. Unprofessional, ugly frames, mean and nasty. Except for Amiyah (not sure how you spell it) she was very nice and helpful.

Absolutely excellent service, the appointment was very quick. Outstanding compared to my previous trips to other locations. I used to go to the Brighton location and an appointment would be an all day affair, not here. One hour was all it took, the pre exam and main exam was within a half hour, and another half hour or so to pick out new glasses. Highly satisfied and suggest going to this location

The staff are very helpful and very sweet. I have had quite a few issues with my frames due to unforseen sensitivity issues. They have been very patient and accomodating, in the end I had to replace the frames, but my overall experience with this location and its staff has been amazing.
