Searched for an eye doctor through my vision insurance and scheduled an appointment. Showed up and was told I didn't have the right insurance. As I'm explaining how I found this doctor, through my insurance, the woman sitting behind the receptionist bellied up to the counter and crossed her arms and started to huff and puff. Unprofessional. When I asked how much the appointment was, the woman acted as if I couldn't afford it and Started explaining how insurance worked. Awful experience. Edited to add- thanks Jesse, sent an email and haven't received a reply. Maybe I copied the email address wrong? Either way, I wish you and your company all the best.

I gave it one star because they open only 2 days out of a 7 day week shedule i would go up there and try them out but aint gonna work with my schedule so i think they should give more hours during the week and I'm sure doing that you guys will get better business with alot more costumers . " its really hard for people go up there set appointment because those hours just 2 days only . not gonna work for most people .... Gotta do more days to help match there shedule . so my ??? Is why 2 days cause i never hurd such thing " alot of other places has more hours during the week regardless where its located. .
