My appointment with SVS was the best eye place I could had experience. From the beginning to the end it was a blessing. All the staff were exceptional and felt like a loving family. Very helpful and patient with the customers which included myself. I was nervous before walking in and during the exam and choosing the Eyewear, all the nervousness went quickly away. I will recommend this location and the company to anyone and everyone I know. They're all are in my prayers and I'm looking forward for my next eye appointment.

I have been a loyal customer of Henry Ford OptimEyes for many years, but decided to try SVS Vision for my 13-year-old daughter because this location is close to our home. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and we will not be returning.
The customer service received by the elderly African American woman there was disappointing. (I'm African American so this isn't about her ethnicity, just the only way I can describe her). There were snood looks and unnecessary remarks made during our visit that felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a longtime patient accustomed to a higher standard of care and courtesy, this was frustrating, especially when seeking services for my child.
I truly hope management addresses these concerns so future customers receive a more positive and respectful experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came 15 minutes before appt time (as instructed) and was there for a whole hour after my appt time and still didn't call my name. Yet I saw 3 people come in after me and leave before me. They need to be better structured because they are not playing fair when it gets busy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to SVS two days ago. This store is very clean and has a nice selection of a glassware. Miss K was very informative about the different types of selections and options that I have for wearing glasses Dr. Ismail was thorough and professional. She performed excellent service and sighting a couple of things that I need to look into to better my vision. The fellow clients that were there was entertaining as it didn't take much time before I was seen. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants to go to professionals that are honest and sincere about your eye health.

Two years later and i now get to add to my review! I've got to say it, this time around was better than my previous visits. You respect people's time. time, we respect that as well. Upon entering the store i was greeted immediately by two employees, that asked if they could help out and i answered yes. Alison jumped right into action, taking the time to show me many different styles of frames, and picking out a few for me to try on. I've been an SVS customer for about ten years and i don't think you've made a mistake on my order but not, i didn't save it, lol. I doubt it.

I've been in this store twice. First time was to make me and my son's appointment, then again for the appointment. Both times I was there, I was NEVER greeted with an "hello", then Monday was our appointment, I had to ask questions, because NO one was saying anything. I had questions about MY coverage, but obviously I asked one too many times. The lady KIM was super RUDE about everything and had her nose so far up in the air. I asked if my son's glasses be sent to a different location and didn't bother ordering mine. I'd rather go elsewhere! They are HORRIBLE!!! I'd NEVER step foot in that store ever again!
