Wow! I'm very surprised at how thorough my exam was! I've been to two eye doctors before with no problems, however, I've never experienced this level of expertise with any doctor and her assistants were extremely nice. Highly recommend!!!

dr. Watson is the best eye doctor I've ever been to she treats the kids like her own it's truly an amazing place to go I would never go anywhere else.

My family and I have been going here for years. Always helpful, friendly and great service. This year Dr. Wilson & Dr. Watson literally saved my daughter from losing complete vision. I will forever be grateful to them and can not say enough about the compassion and dedication they have for their patients. It is beyond phenomenal. Thank you Precision iCare!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Each person from start to finish made sure that I wasn't rushed and that all my questions were answered. When I picked out my frames for my glasses, they worked to get me the best price with my insurance. Also, when I picked up my glasses a couple of weeks later, they made sure that I was completely satisfied with them before I left and told me to come back if I had any issues. I highly recommend Precision iCare.

We have been here a couple times. Every time they find some hidden fee your insurance doesn't cover. Charged me 69 dollars for Instruction for my daughter to put contacts in. Okay if you sold me the contacts ,I would think you would advise people how to put them in for free! Then my husband needed glasses and they went round and round with insurance then told me it was to late to use the insurance they had already been ordered. After we paid our of pocket. I suggest going elsewhere

They are genuinely concerned about your eyes. And make you feel comfortable and relaxed like they've known you for years. I was with Dr Wilson his professionalism and how well he explained everything and took the time to answer ALL of my questions was amazing. Thank you Dr. Wilson and the staff at Precision iCare for the way you treated me I'm sure you treat everyone with the same great level of care and appreciation for their business.

Pretty shocked with how great this eye doctor is. I had a bad experience a year ago at a different "big name" eye doctor, glasses and contacts were never right, I have had nothing but problems since. Precision was friendly right from the start. The doctor was great and got my script so I can finally see clearly! The difference between my yea told script to this new one is amazing! They didn't have the style of glasses I was wanting and the staff was super helpful and even had me email them the style so they could get them ordered in before my next contact fit appointment! By far the BEST care I have had since I started wearing glasses and contacts back in high school.

I have zero complaints about Dr. Watson. She has always been phenomenal with my family and takes her time to explain things. My two complaints are about the new receptionist and young lady that fits glasses when they come in. I took my young daughter in to pick up her glasses and the young lady that brought them to her did nothing to see how they fit. She had me do it. Why? My other two children have glasses and I have never been asked "how do they look around the ears"! Isn't that her job to determine so she can adjust appropriately?? We had a balance due on the glasses we picked up. Why did it need to be announced to the entire office what my balance was? I'm standing 3 feet in front of you. No need to raise your voice or use the tone she did. I know I had a balance, don't treat me like I'm trying to get away without paying before my daughter's even been fully checked in. Unfortunately, my family of 5 will be going elsewhere from here on.
