Eye Institute Southeastern

I really liked the optometrist but the hours at this location is horrible. I ordered contacts in January and after multiple delays they finally arrived. I made the mistake of scheduling my appointment on the ONLY day I have off, Thursday, but I overslept. I called to see if I can just come in to grab the contacts but they won't even let me have them. So i had to reschedule, but guess what? The doctor is off all next week, so I have to wait an extra 2 weeks just so I can finally grab my contacts. I ordered them on Jan 11 and I am so lucky to be able to pick them up on Mar 7. Extremely disappointed.

Always treated like family when I'm here. Always respectful and courteous to me and fellow patients.

i went here thiking it was still eye care optometry which i had been going to for over 30 years the sign outside still says that went in didnt know anybody there ask eye doctor who the were told me eye institute she was a good doctor but wish i had left she gave me good exam i could really see good went to pick frames had a few pair i liked a certain but they were really tight i told the young man he said they could adjust instead of saying they were to small for my face took back 5 times in two days they kept over night when i got the back were cut i say they say sanded i paid 286 dollars for glasses i cant even wear went and talked to onwerr nothing was told to ask my insurer would they pay for another pair really.
