Denise and Bruce did an excellent and thorough job of checking us in and closing us out during our mist and both were friendly, helpful and patient throughout. Nolan did comprehensive initial testing and evaluation and was knowledgeable and customer-focused and professional. Dr. Johnson explained our condition thoroughly and completely and offered options on treatment going forward, and he is a joy and great help each visit, and Christina captured our information well. I go to the Rochester Michigan Eye Institute. The Drs and the entire staff are wonderful. So nice, friendly and very caring. I see Dr Raphtis, have seen the other two Drs too. They are all good and very through with my yearly exam. I just can't say enough nice things about this office. Had Cataract Surgery,by Dr Raphtis, there 2 years ago and all was good. I was just there yesterday and all went well with my exam. Dr Raphtis gave me a A+.

I was impressed by a couple things here:
1. Their online scheduling actually works. I think this is the first doctor's office I've visited where booking through the website was fully official and functional. I wasn't expecting to be able to schedule without making a phone call but it worked perfectly.
2. The woman who did initial testing was very pleasant and had an entertaining personality. She created a calming environment even though I am rarely calm at doctors
3. I was surprised at how soon I was able to get an appointment as a new patient. I think my visit was about 1 week after I made it.
The visit was overall pretty efficent. The only downside I'd say is that it is a very busy office and it took a little bit of time to see the doctor, but otherwise would reccomend.

I went for my yearly check eye exam.Ffom the time I walked in the door the staff greeted me and was courteous I also brought my mom with me who's 87 she also had an appointment they took such great care of her and stayed with her during my exam and doing her own exam they were prompt professional Dr. Johnson is amazing the whole staff exceeded my expectations

Highly recommend this practice. The staff and Dr. Raphtis are excellent! I had a thorough eye exam and was able to get in the next day when I called for an appointment. All my questions were answered as I was very concerned over recent eye issues. Is Dr. Raphtis busy? Yes, but in my opinion he is worth the wait & I did not feel rushed.
