Highly recommend this office. The staff is great, we tend to laugh a lot during my visits. I am the worst at picking out frames. I had 2 ladies helping me at once, then we got the rest of the office involved. We were having a good time, even the other patients helped me out. I never felt rushed or like a burden during the entire process. I feel they give this experience to all of their patients.
Very friendly and family like environment. I don't feel like another # or insurance claim.
They also asked a lot of questions to ensure my needs were met, covered and accurate.

I brought my 7 yr old in for a quick emergency eye exam after he got debris in his eye and was having pain. They got him in quickly and did a thorough and caring exam. They were so good with him, I scheduled an appointment for myself. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Manns explained things about my eyes and Rx I never understood before. My frames and Rx turned out to be the best I've ever had. I can SEE clearly thanks to this brilliant staff!
