We had a wonderful experience here! We booked an online appointment, got in the day/time we wanted, arrived to a clean, quiet, store with attentive staff, and would rate more than 5 if I could. Dr. Carolyn Klunzinger immediately made our nervous kiddo smiled, put her at ease, answered lots of questions, and was overall just pleasant to be around. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment here with your kiddo. I'd see her as an adult also, but she just made the appointment really easy for kids! The staff in the front of the house were also great- attentive, kind, and helpful! We will definitely be back!

I am very glad I chose this location. All the staff were very nice the minute I walked in the door. Brandy took good care of my needs and was very organized. Dr. Elizabeth is fantastic. I don't think I've had anyone ever explain my prescription changes, or my retinas as thoroughly and with as much good humor. I don't love eye exams usually because of the pressure to choose 1 or 2 quickly lol, but Dr. Elizabeth was so cool about it, and made the choices more about how difficult it can be to tell the difference rather than my indecision. She is joyful, and kind, and funny, and competent!

I don't just like Lens Crafters on Hall Road, I absolutely love Lens Crafters and the staff. Dr. Yates is so very nice. Dr. Yates is very professional and really make you feel like family and not a number. Ban, Chelsea and the entire staff is also professional and the staff get to know their clients. The building is always clean and they have a variety of frames to choose from. I have referred some of my family members and they too love Dr. Yates and the entire staff.
