The people at this location are fine. However, I don't want AI doing my exam and will be looking for a new optometrist where I am seen by an actual doctor. The switch to remote doctors was bad enough, now that SVS has implemented AI, they have lost my business.

They're the greatest they always work to get you the best deal. Electricians are always friendly. Staff is always awesome and patient. They'll even help you out (no wife)if you need it(looks wise) in my wife's size, everything I pick is ugly good people, friendly staff!!

I went to svs to get new glasses they did my eye exam and told me they found something
And said it might be glaucoma so I went to Dr Ramonies eye institute and they did test and everything that they could do and they said I do not have glaucoma and said dont go back to them because they gave the wrong information

The people who work there are amazing! They are all so welcoming and not at all at the expense of quick service, which is important to me when I take lunch and/or time off work to get appointments done. My husband recommended SVS to me after he had a glowing review of his experience and it was well past the time for me to replace broken (non-SVS) glasses. I needed a re-adustment for my glasses after about a month or so, and due to a factory/assembly defect that we discovered, I'll have a full new frame in no time. As someone who has visited optometrists and eyewear stores a bunch over the last 20+ years, this SVS has been hands down the best experience(s) I've ever had! Thanks to you so much!
