So happy with my glasses. This was by far my best experience getting glasses. The doctor was amazing, my prescription is beyond better then my previous glasses. The tech who helped me was so passionate about her job she helped me pick a wide enough frame and overall was so helpful when i was indecisive about what i wanted. I have had so many years of having poor fitting glasses and the wrong prescription. Happy to finally find somewhere worth returning

The ladies that work here are absolutely amazing! So helpful and so friendly. They were so patient and caring. I'm going to shout out Hailey because she helped me the most with picking out glasses that I actually love and they fit perfect!

This place is fantastic. The staff is so welcoming and nice. I worked with Alyssa and Hailey between getting myself and both of my kids into new glasses, and they both were amazing! But I was impressed with everyone there and the selection.

I normally have Great service. The staff is beyond friendly, and even make small talk. I had an apt for my daughter who is glasses dependent who has no glasses(just recently got broke at school) and now in school. The appointment was already book over a month wait, and someonehow i got the time wrong. Yes MY fault! I came in 2 mins past their grace period! I def understand policy as I run a store, but we also as mgt can overide some based on situations. If it was my appointment i understand, but we are talking a minor who is glasses dependent over 2 mins. Now I gotta figure another date based on running my own store, and school. nd other kids over 2 mins. I still gave good stars cuz the staff and dr are great. but 2 mins for a minor, and there was No other people even waiting seems a bit strict!

My daughter had her first appointment here today. I was blown away by the amazing staff. Friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. Dr. J is great and put my daughter at ease during the exam.

Loved, loved, loved the service. From the moment you walked in to the moment you walk out feeling satisfied. Dr. J WAS AWESOME! MOM SPEAKS SPANISH, SHE'S LEAGALLY BLIND, AND IS 90 YRS OLD. HE WAS ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH WITH HER WHICH MADE MY MOM FEEL LIKE SHE COULD COMMUNICATE AND TELL HIM ALL THE PROBLEMS SHE WAS HAVING. I FIRGOT THE NAME OF THE GIRL THAT HELPED US, BUT SHE WAS AWESOME TOO. SHE ORDERED MOMS GLASSES, WHICH MOM WAS VERY HAPPY WITH. SHE WAS THE ONE SITTING AT THE FIRST DESK AS YOU WALK IN TO THE LEFT. ANYWAYS, WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS!!
