From being greeted when you walk in the door, thru entire exam & appt with.Dr Goff and check out - everyone is very professional & friendly. They explain everything, take the time to answer any questions & make you feel at ease. A wonderful experience

Dr. Goff and his staff are truly kind and helpful. I felt as though they cared about me as a patient. Dr. Goff was knowledgeable and efficient in his treatment of my eye condition. Definitely recommend.

Made a appointment was even early to my appointment to sit there for a hour past my appointment time. Then when i was next to be called the nurse picked up my chart looked at it said " i dont want this one " set it back in the tray and took the guy that came in 30 minutes after me. The front desk was polite but still were having conversations that were not work appropriate like the comment of " im gonna kill them" you have several nurses and only 1 doctor i wonder how long my simple eye exam would have taken if i waited that long. If you cant keep up with your schedule stop over booking your self or hire another doctor. The place is small and crowded as well i accidently kicked the lady next to me trying to cross my legs. I will not recommend this office to anyone cause frankly the care and customer service was the worst iv had in a long time

They are very patient with you and they care about what you need and your budget! With my Insurance I walked out of there with a contact exam and fitting for only 70 dollars out of pocket. They also gave me a pair of contacts to wear until I order them!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Goff yesterday and I will say I am so thankful to have found this office for continuing my eyecare. Every person is helpful, friendly and compassionate. I felt very confident in Dr. Goff's expertise and I look forward to a long relationship.

I had an eye emergency. They got me in the same day. Tests were extremely thorough and staff was great to work with.

I love River Country Eye Care in Three Rivers, Mi. Dr. Goff is very thorough and takes time to ask if you have questions. He also takes time to explain procedures to you so you can understand. His staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Every one treats you like a person should be treated. I always recommend Dr. Goff to people.

Had a great time here yesterday! Everyone was so nice and Dr Goff was extremely helpful and I hope that his referral will yield a positive result to what is going on with my vision.
