Straight up shitty place to get glasses from 3yrs getting them from here and they can't get it right yet call when my glasses where in they act as if they ar sorry they not just using good words I'll never come back junk frames and can't even get the lens right Straight garbage glasses place

I called for an appointment and I was able to get right in. The Doctor was great and took the time to teach me a few things, and the staff was wonderful. We had great laughs while I was there.

Emma Kerr was especially helpful and explained what she was doing and why very satisfactorily.

Took 5 of our kids in yesterday for eye exams and it was fantastic! The ladies who work there were very friendly and patient with my busy littles and the eye doctor himself was very thorough and informative. I don't think I've ever had an appointment where they explained the process and terms so well.

I enjoy getting my eye care needs taken care of from Opticare in Vassar. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful and they treat you right. My family moved out of the area and still continue to use them because they treat us right

I've been going to Opticare for at least 20 years in Vassar Mich. because the service is wonderful as well as the doctor they always are very helpful when you have any kind of questions and the girls are really great at giving honest opinions when you're trying to pick out glasses. They're very nice and polite which I appreciate and the doctor as well is very good at telling you what's going on with your eyes and answering any questions that you have. You couldn't ask for a better place to get your eyes checked out and get new glasses and be treated with respect. I would highly recommend if you need the above, absolutely go to Opticare in Vassar Mich. thank you girls and Dr. for everything. I am living in Saginaw Mich. for over 10 yrs. Now so it is worth the drive (maybe 20 minutes to get there ) Which if you live in Saginaw you know it takes that long to get across town at least. Thanks for everything.Debi

They took my money and when I asked for a refund they took a month then wouldn't give the money back. And the glasses we're defective.

We've been going to OptiCare in Vassar for years and always have a good experience. The doctor and staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!
