SVS Vision Optical Centers

We travel all over the US, about 270 days a year, so I've been to many eye care specialists around the country. Depending on where we are and my needs, this place truly stood out--definitely in my top two experiences. They didn't try to upsell me on new glasses since mine were less than a year old; instead, they made my existing frames work with new lenses. Update (Aug 27, 2025): I came back with scratched lenses, and even though my warranty technically didn't cover it (because I was reusing my own frames), they honored it anyway. That level of professionalism really impressed me. Thank you, guys, for going above and beyond. Update today: I got my glasses back from a repair and the gram was chipped and I was told to put nail polish on it this is unacceptable in my book.

We had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor's office when I brought my five-year-old son in for his exam. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Everyone was kind, patient, and took the time to explain each step in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand, especially important when it comes to your vision and a young child's first experiences with eye care. The staff did an excellent job helping my son feel comfortable and calm, turning what could have been a stressful appointment into a positive and even enjoyable one. The doctor was thorough, professional, and clearly cared about making sure we understood everything regarding my son's vision and eye health. It's clear that this office truly prioritizes patient comfort, education, and trust. I'm very grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially parents looking for a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

I had a very bad experience with this office. I had made an appointment online and THEIR website and not all of my information carried over to this officer's system. My address and insurance information didn't carry over from THEIR sysytem, but they had ALL of my other information. They called to get the additional information when my appointment was 2 weeks out, but I was at work a couldn't answer the phone. When I called back to update the insurance a week before my appointment, they had canceled my appointment with no advance notice. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every other office will take your insurance information when you come in for the appointment if they don't get it ahead of time, which I provided TWICE in this instance. Don't waste your time. Literally, go anywhere else.

my glasses broke and I had moved out of state. It was very stressful to find out there was not an SVS vision here. I called and they were so kind and immediately helped order replacements and I received them very quickly. I wish I remembered the woman's name I talked to but great customer service:)

I would have given them a five-star rating cuz they're good in the office but they neglected to tell anybody that they're closed until further notice on Saturday until you get here and find a note on the door. I went to the website nothing about that. And nobody left a note or a voicemail stating that they would be closed on Saturday only to come and get your glasses. And apparently I'm not the only one in the parking lot who wanted to take care of their business

Saw Mrs K dr Kelly renee and Lindsey and they are by far the nicest ppl. I would highly recommend anyone to see them! Great people.

I have worn glasses since the second grade and I'm 31 now so I've been to my fair share of eye doctors. I've been going here for 5 years and I don't see myself going anywhere else. I really love Dr.Kelly and the staff here the ladies are all so sweet I appreciate you all for your top notch service.
