Eye Clinics of Michigan

I can't say enough good things about the Eye Clinics of Michigan. Dr. Kapadia is a kind doctor with a combination of professionalism and care. He is easy to speak with an explains treatment in an easy and understanding manner. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Eye clinics of Michigan is the right place for me to have my eyes checked. Dr. Kamal Gupta is very pleasant, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and excellent doctor, and he always keeps me informed about all my eyes health and issues. The staff are so nice, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Kapadia for around 16 years as a result of a detachment I had suffered in my right eye. The service, care and genuine concern he shows has me returning to them every year for my yearly eye exam.

If you go to this filthy clinic, then - plan on being there for at least 2-3 hours as these guys overbook the appointments and there is typically a wait of more than an hour before they even call you in - plan on sitting in a filthy and dirty waiting room. If you don't believe me then at the arm of the chairs, behind and underneath the chairs and you will see what I am talking about - it feels like that the waiting room has not been cleaned in like 2 years - plan on dealing with the most inconsiderate and rude staff. They are joking, talking about their personal lives, and have no respect on how to talk with the patients - plan on walking into a building that smells weird if you don't trust me, try it, and you will know why I gave these guys a 1 star. If there was a rating of 0, I would have given them a 0.

They are very nice here and will work with you on issues or questions you may have. Also, Dr. Kapadia is very personable. He puts you at ease while describing what he finds or doesn't find. I recommend them to go there!

The doctors are very nice and caring. However, the staff is careless. They do not call with important information on time. We have to chase them down. But they will not miss a second to call when it comes to payments. Customer service is the worst.

Love this Dr. Office. The doctor and staff were so friendly and caring. So glad I found them. They are truly wonderful.

My appointment was at 9:45 am and they were running a hour behind and didn't tell me. They are short staffed and as a new patient that's not a good thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was told they are running at least 2 hours behind every time. Even though they give good service the wait time is horrible.
