One on One Vision

Ordered 2 pair of glasses, called after 2 weeks no call back waited 4 weeks and finally got ahold of the lady in the office, she said my first pair of glasses came in 2 weeks ago, U picked them up and they were the wrong prescription, I've been trying to get ahold of them for 5 weeks now and no answer, It may be time to get an attorney! I will update as soon as things start to happen good or bad!

Well, i came in for a glasses adjustment. The receptionist did not smile once. However i was deterinded to get my glasses fixed. When i explained i needed a screw she told me since my glasses werent from there she wasnt sure. She snatched the glasses from me, and proceeded to take them to the back. Upon her return she told me that i meeded to pay 5 dollars. I explained i had never been asked for 5 dollars or payment at all for maintenance of glasses, she repkied in a rather snide and condescending tone "you didnt want me to service you for free". After this happened i explained i didnt have 5 dollars for a screw, and she went and took the screw out of my glasses. And then proceeded to slide my glasses to me as if i was disgusting and untouchable. I tried to explain to her there were absolutely no signs in the office about pricing nor did she inform me prior to providing rhe service and she snapped "ill take it into consideration". I left and went to RxOtical who lauvhed when i asked if they charge for a screw and told me no it was free of charge. If u live in wyoming, please drive the additional distance and find better customer service for your vision needs. Wyoming Gamily Vision is one of the lowest quality customer service providers i have encountered. Please avoid.

Went in for exam and glasses to pass SOS license exam. Got the glasses and failed the exam. The numbers were all wrong. Had to pay out of pocket for a new exam and glasses as insurance was used. Then tried to resolve issue and left messages daily for over a week with no reply. Still haven't heard back. Filed a dispute with BBB as I feel the lens should at least be corrected to the exam where I could see. Don't go to Laura, she is not reputable and then won't correct her mistakes.

The first experience...My daughter's exam was messed up the first time and had to go back to have another exam. My second experience....I needed to get ahold of them for some questions. I have been calling for over a week and it goes straight to voice mail. I have left several voice mails. Not one return call. I see the hours are 9-2, I work..so I had to ask for permission to get time off so I could drive there to see if I could at least see someone in person for my questions.... Nope. Nobody there.

The first day I went there at closing and owner told me to come back another time . The next day I arrived again and went in...the "owner/mgr was sitting in the waiting area socializing with two others. She ignored that I was there again with my prescription in hand. She ignored me, so I looked around a little then went to walk out. At that time, the owner attempted to stop me but I said that socializing was apparently more important than customers and left. The next day I made my purchase somewhere else. I'm glad I did!

My sister and I went in today and absolutely loved how kind and caring the staff was. The lady's at the front desk were very attentive, even gave a reminder for our mom to come in. It was an extra plus the doctor had a good sense of humor.

Terrible service! Doesn't return calls. Took my sisters money and never filled her contact prescription or ordered the glasses she paid for. It's been two months. Don't go here!
