Dr. Doyle is an incredible surgeon and has a fantastic team of office/doctors/nurses. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the care needed, are extremely proactive with their help - calling before i do. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was at peak possible quality, what an incredible patient experience.

Such great Professionalism from Dr's-Nurses Staff all together. I travel over an hour and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've attended me with great care. Best Service over all. I truly recommend this Hospital for Neurologists/Neurosurgeon

Our experience has been horrible with wait times. Almost an hour waiting before my grandma is seen. It's a scheduled appointment. I understand if happens once but every time we come. They need to better organize and set times appropriately. People have other commitments outside of their eye appointment. If they (Metro) would understand others and the possible situations, then it would help tremendously. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. In addition, they informed me that it was imperative my grandmother be schedule for an issue she is experiencing, but their staff rescheduled 2x pushing it out further, and she ended up not being seen. Suggestion: search to see if there is somewhere else accepting patients who accepts your insurance. I am not impressed with Metro at all, that includes their urologist referrals and their community clinic client services.

I see Dr. Doug Doyle at the Rockford office, love him. He explains things very well, always friendly. He may run late sometimes but, he rakes the same amount of time with you.

The staff and doctor was very pleasant, i would recommended Metro Health Ophthalmology to a friend.

The doctors and their staff are very professional and caring.
