Did not see nor request CT scans from the hospital prior to my referral appointment. Having to get a second opinion because I don't trust that I was properly taken care of. I will be calling Monday to see why this wasn't done. The day of the appointment I had asked the doctor if he had seen the scans and he said no, he was just going based off the description sent over to him? That doesn't even sound right especially for something of this nature. I spoke with Sherry and she was rude and would not ask the doctor why the scans weren't looked at prior to my visit, or during. The doctor decided to review the scans after I called asking about it. Stop harassing me for payment because I'm not paying for a mediocre exam.

I am really impressed. Competent, super friendly staff. I came with my German prescription and needed a new pair of glasses as a replacement quickly. Everyone tried very hard to support me and to have the glasses ready in time for my onward journey. Everything went well. Promises kept, top-notch glasses and everyone really friendly. I would be happy to come back anytime.

Dr. Bast, Steve, and others whose names I didn't keep track of checked out my new lens and prescription and all agreed that it should be just right. But they also took time to patiently and pleasantly listen and check out things they could think of that might make a difference. A new lens was ordered that was, "Just one click," different but it has cleared up my view of traffic and street signs. I am grateful.

BUYER BEWARE. Steve in the optical department "convinced" me to buy a replacement lens that I clearly stated I did not want or need. Then, in addition to my feeling manipulated, he refused to honor the price he quoted me, nor did he or the office respond to my letters asking for resolution. After 20 years all goodwill was wiped out. I'll never go back.
