Did a very thorough exam, took the time to really dial in my prescription. Zero pressure to buy glasses there, but explained what lens options they had available and which ones would be good for me if I chose to buy online. Very efficient with their time, and the only reason I had to wait at all is because I showed up early for my appointment.

Absolutely terribly run business, especially for the "medical" type field. Awful customer service, I had 4 different encounters each time trying my hardest to give the benefit of the doubt, but finally by the 4th time I was done! The front desk receptionist should not be working in this type of job as the "first" impression of the company; terrible attitude every time and nearly impossible to talk to. Waste of your time to go here!

0 stars for the receptionist. Always been curt and short. Attitude is so bad like any question asked is a major inconvenience to her. Seriously so rude. This eye practice would do so much better without the rude front desk.
