I had the best experience with Lecia! She worked with me multiple different times to get my glasses to adjust correctly. They just weren't holding the adjustment. As part of my plan, she recommended ordering new frames as there were unfixable issues with this frame. She then took it up a notch and gave me the frame that was in the store so I didn't have to wait. What amazing customer service! I am a happy customer. Thank you Lecia!

My first time trying this place and was instantly impressed. The staff was very helpful and the doctor took her time with me and answered my questions. I spent a lot of time with Jenny going over my contact options and she found me the best deal. Also she helped me with finding a new pair of glasses, she listened to what I wanted and shared her thoughts on what would be best. She also explained all my options in detail and helped me understand what the costs of each upgrade would be. She took her time with me and made the whole experience fun. Now I can't wait to get my new glasses!

They have some cute glasses, but when I arrived with my mother not one person came over to help us. No one asked what we were looking for or if we needed anything or even said hello. We honestly found it very strange and rude. The deal we got on the glasses was great and so were the glasses themselves, but the overall customer service was non existent.
