In our most recent visit, my oldest son came in with broken glasses that were under warranty but discontinued. My son was heart broken because school is starting soon and he didn't want to have broken glasses on his first day. Jason from the lab and Stacy the optician really came through! They were able to find a new pair that matched my sons current lens and cut it and installed it in the new frame within 30 minutes of being there! Not only did we find a new frame to replace my sons old pair, but we didn't even have to order a new pair and wait a week or longer! Praise God for Jason and Stacy, they were truly a blessing! Thank you Jason and Stacy!

Dr. Yantes is the best. She got my prescription corrected one year ago so I could actually see. Went back today and one year later and no changes. The front office gals are equally as pleasant as the glass fitter girls are too. They tightened up my glasses and made sure they were good for another year. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The people here at Andover Family Eyecare Clinic are so kind and understanding. They all help you feel at ease during your appointments. Heidi is amazing and so kind, she really cares about her customers and she goes above and beyond to help you get the glasses you love. Overall this place is great, and highly recommend for people who need eye care!

The support staff are friendly and courteous. The staff in the glasses center can pick out the perfect frames and are of great assistance in care and maintenance of the glasses.
