Very disappointed with the staff at this office. I arrived one minute late to my appointment after calling ahead to let them know I was delayed due to bad weather. Despite that, I was told to reschedule and was turned away without any attempt to accommodate me. If I am taking time out of my day and traveling to see a doctor, I expect at least a basic level of understanding and common decency. The front desk staff came off as rude and seemed almost eager to deny the appointment rather than help. It felt like a power trip instead of patient care. I will not be returning here and would not recommend this place to anyone. One star, and I would give lower if that were an option.

Doctor never informed me I have astigmatism, which was new! I have never had one before. They adjusted my eyeglasses prescription for the astigmatism but not my contact lenses! Because I was not informed, it took awhile to realize they were not working. I am now stuck with contacts (that I paid for) that do not work until SEPTEMBER because this doctor did not inform me of this change to my vision and I would be forced to pay out of pocket for another appointment. I am beyond angry and betrayed by this lack of patient care and I am looking into reporting them to the MN Board of Optometry.
