This was one of the best experiences I have had at a place like this. Im not one to enjoy shopping or this type of interaction. But seriously the Doctor was fantastic explained her findings so I understood what was going on. Professional and I picked out frames and the options I wanted with probably the best customer service I've had anywhere. I was buying cheap readers and getting by but now I can move around and not have to take them off. This is where you should go seriously great.

Dr Aleesha was very thorough in her examination and in determining a treatment plan for my eyes. She gave me a lot of good advice on how I could manage things on my own and she relayed the information in such a way that I could understand the hows and the whys. Great office staff too. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

From the experience with Cheryl at the front desk gracefully reassuring me during a phone call that my tardiness to my appointment wouldn't effect my appointment or their schedule, to Angela's hospitality that she warmly displayed through her softly spoken words sharing with me knowledge on what preliminary testing was being completed before I saw my Doctor. Dr. Dominic Miron shared a peaceful demeanor with genuine interest in my personal life and where I was at being that I had previously shared with him the endeavor my family and I were about to take on to build our own home - his professionalism, knowledge, and honesty speak volumes on the character that encompasses how he not only is as a Optometrist but also as a man, father, and husband. Lastly, Tyler's mission on delivering an outstanding service experience is evident through the intentionality that he has with the conversation that he shared and what us, as father's, were able to relate on. He not only has a professional and unbiased opinion on frames and what looks excellent but he also knows what pairs well for different anatomical facial structures. Most importantly, this is a place of fellow believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. From the figurine of Jesus Christ that resides next to Angela's work station to the stories that Dr. Dominic and Tyler have shared. All of the individuals are working with a pursuit of excellence, a firmly built foundation of faith, all rooted in the graceful leadership of Christ Jesus the King.

New lenses were installed in my old frames, the associates were very prompt and courteous.

We were recently getting ready for our annual trip to Leech Lake here in Minnesota for this past Labor Day. A few days before we were to leave, my left eye was bothering me. I sometimes get eyelashes on my eye & it can be very irritating. I called Family Eye Care Center, located in Austin Minnesota, to see if I could get in to have them removed. They got me in that day & removed almost a dozen little eyelashes. I know, crazy! The relief was almost instantaneous. I have been going to them for a few years now. I switched to them because I was in need of a new eye care facility. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did! They are the best! Very professional & friendly. They have 5 doctors to choose from, and frankly, you can't go wrong with whichever one you pick. So give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Diane P. Also...I went in on September 16th for my 2 year eye exam with Dr. Dessie Mason, who by the way is awesome! She was very professional & sweet as can be. My prescription needed to be tweaked, so she handed me over to Amy who helps people pick out new glasses. She too was awesome! She definitely knows her stuff & it didn't take long for her to find me the perfect pair of new glasses & sun glasses. My glasses were ready for pickup in less than 2 weeks. I absolutely love them! I'm so glad I decided to try Family Eye Care Center, in Austin, for my eye care needs a few years ago. They are the best!
