This is the only place that my vision insurance (which I pay a good amount for monthly) will allow me to use in Bemidji, and they don't have an eye doctor!!! The woman on the phone that I spoke with was extremely rude about it as well, like it was my fault that I didn't know their eye doctor was going on maternity leave! I have paid for vision benefits all year, and won't be able to use them!

Don't recommend at all.... i called and they don't carry my lens anymore so I asked can I come in and get a new trial to update on lenses that are acsually still being stocked ... the man I spoke to said no you can call sanford or anyone else to SEE IF THEY HAVE THEM or order them online ....OBVIOUSLY !!!! I'm trying to get a new brand if you guys are not carrying them anymore!!!!! And saying no because thats what u guys matched me with ... excuse you ..u didn't match me with anything ! That a prescription given to me in 2014 from my old eyecenter in idaho ! 2020 and you won't let me come in for a new trail to update wow!!
