My brother had an eye exam and purchased a new pair of glasses here, so I decided to come in as well. I had a great experience with Dr. Lauren Evans. She answered all my questions about my vision and prescription in a friendly and concise manner. Colette was also fantastic, getting me an appointment for the following week when I called. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

My spouse recently ordered glasses through this location. He gave them 2 pairs of frames to put new lenses in and they broke both frames. He ordered another set of frames. I went in to pick them up for him and asked the lady at the front desk how much so I could pay. She told me it was no charge because of all of the issues he experienced. So I thanked her and left. He started receiving phone calls about paying and he told them what I said. They keep calling him and today I found out the lady at the front desk lied on me and said I told her that he would come in at a later date to pay for the glasses. This makes no sense. Why would a business allow a customer to leave the store with merchandise without paying, unless they weren't going to charge the person for one reason or another...i.e...the frames they previously broke. The person who called today was rude and did not acknowledge their mistakes and im beyond mad that I was lied on.

Excellent. They are always very personable and helpful. The eye doctor discovered that my prescription was too strong (from a different eye clinic) and that was what was causing my headaches. He gave me the correct eye prescription and my headaches went away! Also, he spend a long time examining my retina and discovered that it was slightly detached. He sent me to the retinal specialist who then reattached my retina. He saved me from potential blindness. Highly recommend them!!!

After 4 years of putting up with this place I am done going there. They will tell you your insurance will cover more than they do and then bill you later with interest. I didn't even know I had a balance until the debt collector called today. I paid it but, I will be going to a different eye care center. I have more to complain about but, you get the drift.

Brooklyn Park Optical is awesome! The front desk was very welcoming and my doctor was great! Would highly recommend. I have been going to Brooklyn Park Optical for years, I would not go anywhere else! Patty at the front desk is awesome! Overall, a great experience!

Don't waste your time and money here. Call for an appointment and was told they take all eye care insurances. On day of appointment, was told our insurance wasn't in their network, but it will be cover by our medical insurance. A month later, I was billed with a $400 UOus paper.

I went into Brooklyn Park Optical yesterday and received top of the line service. The wait was minimal, the doctor was awesome, and I am very happy with my new glasses. Check them out!
