1st, I had to wait over thirty minutes for the doc after my appointment time. I recognize things get busy but 2nd, the doc completely rushed the visit. He misunderstood notes from the nurse and when I tried to clarify, he didnt care to hear it. I have zero confidence in the recommended treatment. I won't be going back to this office again.

Dr seemed like he was in a hurry, checked his watch he did answer my questions but it kind of made me feel like I was just someone without a face and he had to hurry and move onto the next patient. I hope he is different when he does surgery

Dr Grosser is always very helpful and concerned with my issues. I do not care for tech Steven. He's very irritating and somehow I always get him. He treats me like a five year old pointing out everything he's doing in such a condescending way. I have talked to Dr Grosser about him and I guess some people like to be told where the trash can is and where to put their coat, but Steve is over the top!!!

I felt very comfortable and I like the doctor he made me feel comfortable and he even gave me free samples which made me feel good. I've used them and I like them I will be staying with you for as long as you're there and hopefully he'll be doing my surgery when I do get to have my cataracts done thank you for a wonderful experience and thank my doctor too
