I felt like a great review was needed for this clinic! I am a 31 year old who just had cataract surgery. I saw Dr Krassin for my cataract surgery and for follow up Dr Pfitzer. Administrative staff are responsive to emails and make you feel welcome. I couldn't recommend this clinic enough to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. I think I found my new clinic for future care. Previously I saw Dr Freed who was also amazing at providing care.

After my cataract surgery, done by Dr. Krassin, I've had several after care visits with Chris Freed and really enjoyed every minute with him and his staff! They are all so very genuine and personable, answer all questions and understand all my concerns. No rushing you out or being vague about anything!

My family was probably one of their very first customers in Chaska. We've been coming here for well over a decade. Haven't had the best experiences lately. One of the doctors told my husband he needed cataract surgery (my husband had no symptoms). The doctor tried to have him have the surgery THAT VERY DAY. That seemed bizarre and my husband declined. He went and got a 2nd opinion at Park Nicollet, and he definitely did NOT need the surgery.

I've been going to Southwest eyecare for many years. Everyone is so helpful kind and knowledgeable on all your needs and concerns. Dr. Freed listens and helps in any way she can. Love the advice she gives before I even ask.. I may only have to go once a year, but it's nice to walk in and they know you. Especially Jackie with helping with glasses. She had some picked out for me and I was determined I'll find my own not knowing hers and then when I like the best was the one she picked out. We both laughed. That's how well they know me..

It has been 22 years since my last eye exam thanks to lasik. However I was starting to notice blurred vision at times which turned out to be eye fatigue, not worsening vision. Dr Freed was precise in her diagnosis and explanation as well as a process to help going forward. I highly recommend Southwest Eye Care for their ease of scheduling, quick appointment time, and knowledgeable doctors and staff.

Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of the office. From reception to tech, then to Doctor. Dr. Chad was very thorough and professional. Very amiable, answered my questions respectfully. I felt cared for as a patient. Additionally, the contact fitting fees were very reasonable. I recommend this clinic.
