We have been seeing Dr Amy Nyquist for years! She has all the qualities needed for a thorough, compassionate and complete eye care and feel very fortunate to have her. We know we are getting the best care possible! The new call center that replaced the previous one is absolutely awful! You are better off to go into the clinic to talk to the front desk if you can.

People were very nice. I was 10 minutes early as instructed. However, i did not get called to see the doctor until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. There was no communication to me letting me know a reason why I had to wait so long. I had to go to the front desk and ask how much longer I would be waiting.

Dr amy and helper were great. Scheduler working from home hacking the whole call was AWFUL!! Didn't know what she was doing. Almost hung up and switched doctors. Person I order red contacts with was also not friendly and didn't seem to know what she was doing.

Amy Nyquist is an amazing Dr!!. She is 5+ stars!! She has saved my eyesight, explains everything to me. Calms my nerves about some very tricky eyes to treat. I cannot say enough great things about her! But the call center and appointment line since the switch makes it extremely hard to get through. (Hang ups, message don't get through or take days to return) I would rate them a one.
