Dr Koenders is welcoming and friendly. Takes time to make sure you understand diagnosis and treatment and goes over everything you need to know during exam. The office was well lit spacious and clean. All the office staff was accommodating and extremely helpful during the process of picking out frames. Ken made the process easy and fun. Erika diagnosed my issue and was so helpful with helping me understand what over the counter drops would help along with other helpful ideas I could try. She also gave me coupons for the eyedrops-so so so helpful!!!
