Cottage Grove Eye Clinic

Definitely the best staff for helping to find the right frames!!! I completely forgot the name of the wonderful girl who helped me!!! she was long blondish brown hair with really cute big glasses! She was a huge help in picking out a pair for me. I went to five other places before going to them and when she started helping me she was on a mission to find me the perfect pair it was great and really fun. She had me go out of my comfort zone trying things I normally wouldn't have . The other lady working even chimed in and it was like I was in a fashion show trying on glasses for them and getting honest feedback, not just yes that looks good to everything they gave true opinions and i love that. they have more options in frames for my insurance then any place I've ever been to as well. Best glasses experience ever in my opinion.

Leanne is so nice! She always helps pick out THE BEST frames. She is literally so helpful and the staff is so sweet!!!

I love Dr Cole and thankful he travels to Cottage Grove as it's now closer to my home than Woodbury. I usually go to Woodbury Clinic and I am frustrated with my first experience with the Cottage Grove Clinic for several reasons. 1. Lack of communication and 2. Hours not updated on google. When you have glasses ready for pick up and they tell you they are going to call they should call. They don't. Also, the website and google should reflect the correct hours of operation and it does not. I have now shown up on a Saturday (they are closed) and a Wednesday at 6pm (they close at 6pm). Photo attached for what displays for their hours when you search google. Highly frustrating. For how many times I have traveled to the Cottage Grove clinic unnecessarily I mid as well have gone to Woodbury.

Working in retail, I can spot "sellers" of their wares. At CG Eye Clinic, they enjoy their work. They provide great customer service, with a smile and are honest about the results. No pressure and an honest opinion on your eye exam. The eye imaging is a must vs the drops to dilate your eyes. Objective information vs subjective information. My last eye test was more than 10 years ago. My eyes are not horrible, but that clinic did everything they could to "sell" me glasses. Thankfully, they refunded me after a bad prescription gave me headaches. CG Eye Clinic told me, I am at a point that I may or may not need glasses, it is up to me. I was told, when I am ready for glasses, they are here to help me. Respect is earned, and I am getting glasses.

Don't even go , I ordered glasses back in January and have called several times and each time they give a new excuse on why my glasses aren't ready. I will now just go personally to get a refund as it's been 4 months and I can't even drive at night. Please go somewhere else and save your time. They don't communicate, at all and you will have to call all the time just to be told someone filled the wrong spot and everything needs to be restarted. SMH

I wish I got the name of the optician who helped me with my broken glasses this morning. She was awesome. I am a patient of the clinic, but I was a walk-in today. I sat on my favorite pair of computer/reading glasses, and they broke. I thought for sure I was going to be stuck buying a new pair, which also meant waiting days to get them. NOT TODAY! The optician took them in the back and after a little magic, she had them back to normal. It's difficult to tell they were ever broken. THAT is reason enough for me to keep coming back. THANK YOU!!!!!

Love this Eyecare clinic! I've gone for years never had any issues with my prescriptions. The doctors and staff are super friendly. Ana is always willing to help me find the perfect frame and works with me no matter how picky I'm being. They are upfront and honest about what your insurance will cover and work with you on what it doesn't. Highly recommend this clinic!
