Crystal Vision Clinic

Atmosphere was really good, staff were extremely friendly. Dr. Boss was very thorough. 3 stars was due to insurance billing. I was under the impression that my vision insurance would cover the visit minus the co-pay. I was expecting to walk out with my prescription for new glasses (that'd i'd shop around for the cheapest option.) and pay $15 for the visit. I was not aware that the imaging/testing they did would be billed under medical insurance which i do not have. I'm drowning in medical debt as is. I wish they had made me aware of what the testing would be billed under and had i known the tests would be under medical insurance i would have declined it. I just wanted to know my prescription. I just wanted new glasses. I didn't want to have to pay for $60-70 worth of imaging.

I had been having vision issues that began with my pregnancy. I came to Crystal Vision Clinic at the suggestion of a friend and I am so glad I did. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and clean. Everyone I spoke to greeted me with a smile. The technician (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was friendly and explained the tests she was performing so I understood the process. Dr. Endres was so professional and personable. I was educated about every step of my exam and even got to see images of my retina! I didn't feel rushed at all and he really took the time to explain his findings and to answer all my questions. Kimberly helped me pick out my frames and suggested enhancements to prevent breakage (which is a necessity with a 9 month old!). All in all a 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Crystal Vision Clinic!

Eugene helped me pick out two pairs of Eyewear he made it fun and memorable! He was my personal eye glass shopper, I picked up today and I love how they look and feel!! I would highly recommend to go there all of the staff is very friendly!! Thank you for making it a fun experience

After being very disappointed with the service I received at American Best eye glasses. I still needed contacts and fortunately my insurance recommended this place. I admit I was apprehensive about a place I had never heard of not being from Minnesota. But this place exceeded my expectations immensely! The entire staff I interacted with was amazing. I have a very high nearsightedness prescription and was told by my last optometrist that I couldn't get soft contact lenses and I had to settle for hard very uncomfortable lenses. Dr. Oasi not only fitted me with soft lenses in my prescription she also was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about my unique situation. She made me feel comfortable and confident about her findings and recommendations. I'm planning on relocating back to the south but I will be booking flights to keep my yearly appointments with Dr. Qazi. It's very rare to find that level of support and professionalism. I'm very grateful that I visited Crystal Vision Clinic. P.S. there was very little out of pocket cost which felt like the cherry on top.

Well told need new prescription because after my eye surgery things changed. In August I bought a pair for 700 now they want 800 for new ones. Said couldn't just replace lenses in my new frames I bought in August. Not sure how to feel about that. Didn't buy the glasses. Oh yah I'm 73 and fixed income. Well day 2, this office knows how to step up. I am now getting new lenses in my recently bought frames. Thank you so much.

We were quoted the wrong price (pre insurance) for a procedure, were charged for another procedure without being told that there was a cost, and not given options for lenses, so the most expensive options were selected by Crystal Vision. When I got home, I accessed my benefits and called the clinic to make updates to the lenses, but we won't be going to this clinic again. UPDATE: I received a call from Sherri and we talked through my family's experience, and we agreed that our dissatisfaction was primarily due to lack of communication. She is taking action to address. Thanks Sherri!
