Four Seasons Eye Care

So incredibly disappointed. This is the only clinic we have ever used. My daughter's glasses broke and she's been going around for a few months taping and gluing her frames together. I called today to get a replacement pair. She hasn't been in since 2022 and I realize her prescription may be outdated (her prescription has been working perfectly) but due to some major health issues, job loss, no insurance and mountains of medical bills it's had to be put on the back burner. They refused to order us an exact replacement of the glasses stating that they will not do it without an exam. I informed them that we just can't afford it right now and her glasses are getting so bad, we just need a replacement. Still absolutely refused. I asked why it was such a big deal, she either keeps taping and glueing the one she has now or we get a replacement so they stop falling apart, either way it's the same prescription. No explanation, just refusal. They also won't give me her prescription to order from another place. I politely said goodbye and hung up. So now she gets to continue to wear glasses that are broken and falling apart and feels self conscious about it. I don't know if it's about the money, but why deny something that would be so easy for them to help with. I'm not asking for a discount or anything free. I fully expect to pay for them. I try to support local, prefer to give my business to our community but this breaks my heart. When the small business need us we show up, when we need them we are left out in the cold.

In an emergency, DEC got me in within an hour, fixed my almost impossibly bent glasses, and set me up with a new prescription and order for new ones in about 75 minutes. They were also very nice and very professional. They were there for me when I really needed them!

Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. Superb customer service from the front. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. There is always someone there to help with ordering glasses. No hidden costs! They let you know how much everything will cost beforehand. My 4 kids love going there too.

Dr. Pupp at the Delano Eye Clinic is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and demonstrates a genuine concern for her patients. Her staff is attentive and courteous. My husband and I have been going to the Delano Eye Clinic for the past 15 plus years and have never been disappointed.

I visited Delano eye clinic today for the first time. I had excellent service from everyone- receptionist, doctor, and assistants. I love that they are open some evenings, since I work regular hours. Very helpful, answered all my questions, and no hidden charges.

We are visiting from out of state and went there just before closing to see if they could fix our glasses. They graciously accommodated and wouldn't accept any money even though we aren't regular customers. They were VERY kind and efficient and we highly recommend this office!!
