Outstanding experience at Pearle Vision thanks to Shaela, the assistant manager. She was friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive without ever being pushy. Shaela helped both my partner and me find frames that truly suited our faces and even went the extra mile to locate a different color of a frame my partner loved.
We were in the store for quite a while (due to arriving early my eye exam), and it was clear she's just as wonderful with other customers and her coworkers. She's genuine, professional, and an absolute asset to the store. Pearle Vision is lucky to have her -- she's a star.
Dr. Urschel and her team are wonderful as well.

After shopping at two other well known optical stores but not finding glasses that worked for me, I went to Pearle Vision at Eden Prairie Mall. I was pleasantly overwhelmed with their selection but moreso, the incredible staff who make you feel like a VIP who they really enjoy. The moment you set foot in the store you get vibes that these Pearle employees REALLY like their work and their coworkers. Very impressed. Shout out to Dalton & Salina for being absolutely delightful and helpful. I no longer will go to the other stores. (Rumor has it the owners of this store are sisters who know how to choose a really good team. Bravo!)

Hailey was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She took my face shape into consideration and pointed me toward styles that would work well and look great, while steering me away from those that wouldn't. She made glasses shopping fun instead of a drag! She's the first person who has ever found and fit me with glasses that actually suit my face and nose. She will forever be my go-to glasses person!
