I came here for my first time Ordered a new pair of glasses they came in . I went to pick them up and the frames were bent and they couldn't adjust them. They reordered them. Received a call stating they were in but I drove there and waited for for the next person to help me they stayed they were not in. So then received another message stating that they are in. So I went to pick them up. Waiting for the next person to help me but that person was on her computer looking at the Internet about what is going on in the world. I finally got my glasses and there was spots on my lens. I came back to them and a Dr stating that for prisms you will always have those markings. I have prims for my entire years of my life and NEVER saw any marks on my lens. Waiting for a month to get my glasses! Not happy!

Dr. Rupnow has given my wife and I 7 years of great service! Her staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. Look no further for a great optometrist! The retinal imaging is amazing and will be helpful to monitor changes on the back of my eye.

Great experience. Quick and easy to pick out a pair. Service was great. She explained to me about progressives and the difference between getting good quality lenses vs cheap ones. Overall very happy with my experience at family vision. Can't wait to get my new progressives! So tired of taking my cheaters on and off constantly throughout the day!

What a lovely experience! From the minute I stepped in I was cared for in a respectful And positive way. The doctor took a long time with me to explain to me what to expect with my vision at my age and my circumstances. Since I was nervous she stayed with me while my eyes were dialated. What a great doctor and wonderful team!

I brought my 3 yr old and 6 month old to get their eyes checked and had an okay experience. The doctor "tried" to be good with the kids (talking in a high pitched voice), but seemed to get frustrated when my 3 yr old didn't cooperate. She's very shy and it takes a little while for her to be comfortable with someone. I will say that the doctor was very thorough and explained things well to me. After the initial exam, we were handed over to a sales lady even though we didn't need any glasses. Overall I wasn't super impressed and definitely think they should be better with kids considering they call themselves "Family Vision Clinic". I think we'll be going somewhere else next year.
