Eye 2 Eye Optical

I was in town for Wissota 100 and I accidently sat on my glasses. Dave took them apart, thoroughly cleaned the frames, replaced the nose pads, and straightened the frames. All for free. He was very friendly and professional. If I lived here Eye to Eye would be my eyeglass choice. Highly recommended.

Dave, Pete and TJ are extremely knowledgeable. There kindness can not be underestimated. I am smiling before I walk in the door and when I walk out. They truly care about you and I know that i have chosen the best glasses for me and that they will be perfect when I get them. Thank you guys

I am visiting Fergus from out of town and during my stay a screw came loose in my frame and the lens popped out of my glasses. A quick google search led me to Eye 2 Eye and the man working there today truly saved my day. He got my lens put back in, took the time to make sure the prescription was in the right spot, and got the frames adjusted to my face again. I had a back-up pair with me and he got those sitting on my face more securely, too. Highly recommend this place for all of your optical needs! They have a really fun frame selection as well :)

I recently had a fantastic experience at Eye 2 Eye Optical. After a disappointing visit to another optometrist in town, where my glasses were made worse than before, I decided to give Eye 2 Eye a try. Dave immediately identified the issue and knew exactly what was needed, even before I explained the situation. His expertise and friendly demeanor made me feel confident and comfortable. Dave is truly a master of his craft and a pleasure to be around. He has earned my exclusive business, and I highly recommend him to anyone in Fergus for all their eyecare needs.

We walked in and right away the customer service was top notch -friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dave was able to fix glasses we thought wouldn't be able to be fixed. While we waited they cleaned and fitted all of our glasses, and they gave my daughter a free case.

Y'all! I have been in corrective lenses for 40 years. I have never EVER been treated as well as I was from TJ & Dave at Eye 2 Eye optical! After two consecutive years of mediocre customer service and poor quality inventory from the optometrist office I had been using since my move back to Fergus Falls in 2018, I announced to them the reasons they officially lost my business and I gave the local guys a try. Between TJ being able to tolerate my over-the-top personality and Dave's expertise along with their careful considerations of my concerns, these two knocked it out of the park! I urge you to make your next exam with E2E!!!

We aren't a customer but were in town on vacation and my son's glasses got messed up after a wrestling match with his brother. Eye 2 Eye got them adjusted right away and the gentleman was so pleasant to chat with during the adjustment.

Back in 1989 Dave fit me for my first pair of contacts. My parents were NOT supportive of me getting contacts but because of Dave's expertise, they soon realized it was one of the best choices I made!! I had the pleasure of bringing my 3 year old in to pick up his glasses. Once again, Dave used his expertise to find a pair of glasses that fit my grandson perfectly!!
