I have been here and gotten great care. Dr Meacham and her assistants are thorough and kind. She sent me to a specialist based on my eye needs. My son was also needing to see a specialist for binocular vision and trouble with eyes tracking together or lack thereof. Both specialists were amazing and I felt that her recommendations were like gold . Time is a commodity...and I didnt lose any time... Care from her and her recommendations, A+!!! And she, of course, was also awesome for my spouse and for my other kids who just have normal eye care...routine check ups!

Forest Lake Shopko Optical is a great place to be seen. Dr. Meachem is wonderful! She understood my Mineres disease and how bifocals affects my vertigo. She thoroughly went over all my tests and answered all my questions. Sara and Greg helped me pick out the right glasses. Greg spent over an hour adjusting them so the glasses would fit without hurting an incision from surgeries. Thank you. They have a great selection of frames for everyone. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Meacham was so wonderful! I've never had a eye doctor explain more and show so much care. I will only be going here from now on.

Hello! I made an appointment a few weeks ago. I had an appointment on a weekend due to work. I called during the week to check if by any chance they had an appointment in the afternoon because I do need to wear glasses and also because of my job is being bothering a lot! Greg was super nice and gave me an appointment in the afternoon. I went in the afternoon and the provider was super nice. Very detailed about my eyes and also she asked me about if I suffer from certain things because my eyes show that. No one really did that just one provider in my entire years. She is the second provider that asked about that which that means she knows what she is doing. She suggested some allergy medication for my eyes as well because I do have some sort of allergies. That was really nice! Also on top of that they have many types of glasses and for every budget. I did took long to choose because I am me. Overall that part was great! Also the place is clean, parking lot available as well. My glasses is what I expected I can see clear and my eyes don't hurt I am glad. Customer service is great. Greg is really nice and the doctor knows what she is doing. Thank you again!

LOVE coming here! The staff is awesome! Always easy going and helpful! Have been coming here for 4 years now and would hate it if I had to change.

Wonderful experience. The doctor explained everything she was doing and the results/changes in my prescription. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on lenses and frames. Excellent location!

I just picked my glasses up yesterday and the staff there was very helpful. They educated me on the 30 day policy when you get new glasses. They told me do not hesitate to call if I had any problems, questions, or concerns. They were very professional, kind and courteous. I would refer my family and friends to them.
