Had an appt today at the Golden Valley clinic. I have a scary eye condition that could result in blindness. Ophthalmology asst Caitlin was so wonderful at setting my mind at ease in the visit and was supportive of my fears. I dreaded the news I might receive. The results were happier than expected but while I was waiting, she was awesome. Keep this employee at all costs! Empathy is hard to teach. She has it in buckets!!

Had an appointment last year. All went well.
This year I made an appointment 6 months ago which was cancelled without contacting me. Now I can't get in for another 6 months. I am very disappointed. Very disrespectful.
I appreciate you wanting to connect to talk this through, but I have tried to reach out to the clinic and am only referred to the scheduling line which has a long wait queue. Do you have another suggestion?

The optical staff are kind of rude for no reason. They will be condescending towards you and one lady even laughed at me... This is my first pair of glasses and I feel like I've been treated like I'm dumb. The doctors and medical staff are definitely nicer though, but can't say I'll be coming back here for sure since I don't feel at all safe around the optical staff. I encourage you guys to get better customer service there, thanks!
