Vikki is an outstanding OD and does a great job!! Her exam was thoughtful and very thorough. However the equipment and software they use for insurance validation, scheduling and exams is a joke. She had to reboot her computer during the exam as it was acting up and she could not finish adding notes until she rebooted, was unable to print and needed front desk staff to print for her. UVP IT is a joke and should take more responsibility to make sure OD's and MD's have the proper equipment and support needed to ensure quality healthcare.

Great experience! The doctor as well as the staff were kind and helpful. Almost felt like I was with my family as they helped me pick out new glasses and helped me with any questions I had. You don't need good vision to see the love and care from this office. :)
