Very poor customer service. Advance Eye care was ordering me a part for my glasses (bow) 3 months later still don't have it fixed. Called last Friday about it to see if it was in.... for the 3 time and they said they didn't have a record of any order. They said the would check on it and call back. Never received a call back. Very poor communication.

They did rectify the repair on my glasses and didn't charge me.
