Awesome experience. I had my procedure done earlier today, and I can see very clearly only 4 hours later! Dr. Heuer was amazing. She kept me very informed, and walked me through the entire process before and during the surgery. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process as well. So happy I went with Joffe.

This was definitely worth it. The staff are so friendly and reassuring. It is understandable to be nervous before the procedure, but they are open to any and all questions and are confident in what they do. They treat you like you are one of their team members and truly care about the whole process and you. The team doing the procedure were very professional and comforting, and the process was so fast. The result - I don't need bifocals anymore and I can see at distance better than I could with my glasses. Seems like a new world.

My experience with Joffe Medicenter was all positive. Every staff member I had contact with was very helpful and nice. Dr Heuer is the best she talks you through the surgery and I think genuinely cares about all her patients. The afternoon after my surgery I was seeing better than I had in years and at my follow up the next day I was already at 20/20. I haven't been 20/20 in at least a decade because of my strong prescription and astigmatism. You definitely can't go wrong with Joffe

Many thanks to the surgeon and staff at Joffe. They were truly a pleasure to work with. It is great to be able to walk into the shower and see which which container is shampoo and which is conditioner. Also great that no glasses to fog up, clean, repair, or get lost. The whole experience was much better than I was expecting. Thanks to all of you again.

Excellent facility. Professional caring staff. Answered all my questions and concerns. I have worn glasses for more than 40 years. I needed a strong correction.(-6.0 - -6.5) They told me I would be an excellent candidate. Everything went great. Seeing 20/20 24 hours later. They really know what they are doing. Dr. Hauer has over 26,000 procedures under her belt and it shows. She tells you what to expect and talks to you through the entire procedure. Latest equipment and a great highly trained staff. They really make it a great experience. Thank You!

Joffe is awesome. Awesome staff. Awesome procedure. I had very poor vision and within 24 hours after my procedure I'm seeing 20/15. Just amazing. Dr. Heuer talks you through the during the procedure and I think she's just as happy as her patients.

Dr. Heuer and her entire team have been the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire process. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly and communication can't be beat. There was a last minute location change the day of my procedure but it was handled beautifully and I was able to work with the same team I worked with at the Wayzata Blvd location on the same equipment so it relieved any potential concern. I highly recommend Joffe!

Awesome staff! Very informative and super nice! Everyone makes the visit incredibly comfortable! Got in right away (and very forgiving when you're a little bit late :P), answered all my questions and definitely surpassed all of my expectations! Love coming back for my check up appointments! Will definitely be telling all my friends about Joffe!
