Everything was excellent. Dr was great, he was nice, friendly, taking the time to explain everything and ask if I had any questions. I appreciated my visit with him. Also all the staff from the person at the front desk to the lady who escorted me out were friendly, answered my questions, were happy and smiling. Thank-you.

I am beyond impressed with the quality of care that I received from this clinic ! I am missing my right eye, and needed surgery to fix my socket. I was nervous because this is My face and i wanted it to look good. It looks just like my other eye shape! . Their staff is friendly and has great communication. My surgeon has many years of experience.The nursing staff was very good at thier job . And to top it all off they sent ME a thank you card ! This clinic goes above and beyond. After surgery i had some further self care questions and the triage staff was prompt and so helpful with calling me back and addressing all my questions. WHAT A TEAM !! thank you guys !

Dr. Hansen is an amazing professional. He truly cares about the patient and their needs. He takes the time to actually listen to them and to provide the best plan, with the interest of the patient moving forward. Highly recommend Dr. Hansen and his team.

Some more billing issues and I realize they are double billing for services and you have to carefully scrutinize every line item om the bills they send. For example, the make you do a $3000 pre-payment for cataract surgery and that includes a $600 fee for the post-op visit at the regular optometrist to check eye pressure and simple things like that. In my case, I paid that $600, and then the optometrist also billed me and my insurance for the same service and I asked why, and they stayed they never got that $600 prepayment from MN Eye Consultants. Seems a scam is in place here with double billings for same service or no service. This is the used care sales version of eye medical service providers I now fear.

Terrible service. Charged $530 for contact lense fittings, didn't get any contacts, and they refuse to give me the actual prescription without paying another $330 for another appointment. So for $530, I still have no contacts and no prescription to take somewhere else. They refuse to bill my insurance and want me to pay out of pocket (likely because they know if they billed my insurance it will be fraud). If you need to talk to administration for any type of help, good luck. Have been trying to get someone on the phone for more than 6 months. After emailing, they still refuse to talk. They only respond to Google reviews. If you want good healthcare, go anywhere else. Submitting an official complaint to Attorney General and Minnesota board of optometry. Maybe they will respond to them. Their billing is incorrect and they will try to bait you into more cost without transparency. Very unethical and very poor medical care. Update: I have been in email communication with you. You have replied a couple times and refuse to talk to me on the phone. I have emailed you my insurance information, you refuse to acknowledge you received my insurance, and you stopped responding to emails. I have a paper trail to send to the authorities. Your Google responses are ridiculous. I find it fascinating that you respond to my Google review within a week and yet I have been waiting for a response to my last email, with insurance, for many weeks. I pay almost $1,000 a month for insurance and yet you refuse to submit my last $330 contact lens fitting appointment to insurance.

Dr Hansen and his support team are very helpful and informative and caring for my cataract surgery evaluations. My eyesight is improving and we have a plan for the future to do my right eye when needed. Thank you all for your care and professional services.

Dr. Hansen was great! From the consultation he made me feel comfortable in my decision between types of laser eye surgery. His staff was so friendly on the day of the surgery. Everything went very smoothly!

Cole was a great tech to start my appt snd then I saw Dr. DSouza. He conducted a comprehensive exam and asked alot of thoughtful questions to determine what was causing the pain and irritation in my eye. I was given an immediate diagnosis with a care plan, prescriptions, and a followup appt set to remove my temporary contact. In addition, I was lucky to get a same day appt as a new patient with a problem that required immediate attention. The scheduler on the phone was very helpful and the front desk people were very cordial and efficient.
