Moorhead Vision

Excellent service starting with the scheduling on the phone all the way to the fitting of my glasses at pick up. My old pair had broken and when a day and time opened sooner than my scheduled appointment they called and got me in much earlier than anticipated. Everything was thoroughly explained throughout my exam which I really appreciated. My glasses came in earlier than expected which I was very happy about. Thanks to everyone on staff for making it a pleasant experience! The nice new building is a welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Great experience, I wish there would've been a little bit more transparency on my vision test, with it including something that was an extra $25 beyond what my insurance covers. And the prices of glasses were pretty typical. But $358 after my insurance for a pair of glasses and vision test was what I expected

I went to Moorhead Vision last week and had a great experience. Shoutout to the entire staff for being friendly and personable, especially Tricia and Dr. Pat! Everyone was so welcoming.

Dr. Pat was great! I had an appt for myself and my daughter. He was so personable, and made the experience fun. She couldn't wait to get in that chair and her exam done. Everyone front front office staff to the end of picking out glasses was stellar!

They were very kind and sensitive to my 8 year old son, who ended up needing glasses FULL TIME! They explained to him in a way he could understand and made him feel comfortable while in the office and when learning he will be getting glasses! I'm very happy with my decision to bring him here!

The appts run on time. We've seen all of the doctors. Dr. Williamson is phenomenal with kids. I had my 10, 6, & 4 year old see him, while my 8 year old saw Dr. Bartz. They were able to smoothly work with the wiggly kids, and they were very patient as they asked 100 questions about how everything worked. The assistants were also top notch, friendly and good with the kids. I saw Dr. Andrist. Appts are easy to schedule online with good availability.

My favorite part about this clinic is the huge selection of glasses - they have tons of cute pairs with the ability to special order colors for certain styles or brands. The young women who helped me pick out glasses was fabulous! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The doctor was polite enough and took time to answer my questions, though I felt the appointment was kind of rushed. As a new customer, I kind of wish I would have been sent home with a bag of cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth. Minor complaint, but my previous eye clinic in MHD provided these and it was a nice perk.
