Welia Health - Mora Eye Care Center

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I went to my first appointment with welia eye clinic back in May with Dr. Mork, and ended up getting new glasses. I wore them for 2 weeks before I started to get dizzy spells, and my eyes felt like there was pressure on them along with horrible headaches. I put my old glasses back on and everything went back to normal. I made an appointment to get my new glasses checked. Immediately when Dr. Mork walked in he was not very pleasant. He wouldn't even look at my glasses to make sure they were ok, he made me do another eye exam. He then told me that my eyes were the same as the last appointment. I tried to tell him I just wanted my glasses looked at, but he refused and said there was nothing wrong with them. He basically told me the dizziness and headaches were all in my head. My mom spoke up and he just kept cutting her off saying he was right and we were wrong. I walked out in tears because I was so angry with him. I then went to the walmart eye clinic in Pine City and asked if they could take a look at my glasses. The tech noticed within 5 seconds my glasses were slightly bent downward. She fixed them within a couple minutes. I put them back on and I noticed a difference right away. My glasses have been great ever since she helped me out. One small fix was all it took. I will NOT be returning to see Dr. Mork in the future. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of eye care for my daughter. The assistant switched my daughter's prescription and got them mixed up between eyes, so I told Dr Mork what I thought happened and asked him to please check her again - he looked at me like he didn't believe me! Went to get a second opinion elsewhere just recently because daughter cannot see out of the contacts she got from Mork (Molacek in Milaca/Foley is amazing!) and they said her prescription was very off! I had trusted Dr Mork and spent almost $300 on a six month supply of contacts that were the wrong prescription! Never going back to Welia Eye Clinic!

I've been seen by a Father and Son eye Dr in Mora,both times I couldn't wear my glasses, something wasn't quite right, the next year I went to Eye clinic in St.Cloud.....same thing.....I was so discouraged..bound and determined I made an appt with Dr. Peterson what a game changer....I could see with my new glasses, yay! But couldn't drive with them on. He said I have Cararacts in both eyes!!!! Just had surgery on one eye and the next eye in 3 weeks. Thank you Dr. Peterson he explained everything to me on my first visit! My 5 stars are for him!!!

The entrance and checking in is kind of a mess. It's nice being scolded when you're 64 years old. But the next kind lady said to come over and helped us check in. A much better attitude. Otherwise it is a nice place and the help was awesome. Jody Shoenecker. Knowledgeable and recommended.

Was the worst experience ! I was told the my dry eyes was from smoking and would not give me medication for it till I insisted. The drops were for inflammation. They helped tremendously and have not had problem sense. It was caused by a skin condition which I am now on medication. I went there because my doctors at first light heath clinic told me to go to eye doctor. I have sense talked to multiple people and they were treated the same way. All their problems glaucoma, etc was because of smoking. If you smoke don't go here all you conditions will be blamed on smoking.

At first I had my doubts, I think me and the Doctor started off on the wrong page. But overall it was the fastest most beneficial experience I've had with welia health. Dr J mork needs a raise

They were so helpful and fantastic with my 2-year-old! I was very impressed and couldn't have been happier with how we well we were treated!
